Getting Started
Weekly Research — Start here each Monday. The studio analyzes search trends, competitor activity, and coverage gaps to recommend 3-6 topics worth writing about that week.
This Week — Your active workflow hub. Review recommended topics, approve them to generate drafts, schedule posts, and publish directly to pivot180.ai.
Calendar — Visual publishing schedule. See when posts are going live across a two-month view.
Strategy — Long-term content planning. The coverage matrix shows gaps across Industry x Service Pillar. Campaigns let you plan multi-week content pushes.
Reporting — Performance dashboard showing impressions, clicks, rankings, AI citations, and competitor share of voice. Currently using seed data — Phase 2 will connect Google Search Console and GA4.
Settings — Configure your industries, geographic targets, service pillars, competitors, and brand voice. The voice profile controls how every draft is written.
Publishing Workflow
1. Review a recommended topic or suggest your own
2. Approve the topic to generate a draft (15-20 seconds)
3. Review the draft — check the voice quality sidebar for banned phrases
4. Schedule the post on the calendar (optional)
5. Publish directly to pivot180.ai with one click
Coverage Matrix
The matrix shows content coverage across 4 industries (rows) and 5 service pillars (columns). Each cell is color-coded:
- Gap — No content exists. High opportunity.
- Thin — Only 1 post. Worth deepening.
- Covered — 2-3 posts. Solid coverage.
- Strong — 4+ posts. Hold for refresh signals.
